We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment. This role focuses on delivering secure, efficient, and scalable collaboration solutions for our enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and administration of Microsoft 365 services, including Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Exchange.
- Work with cybersecurity teams to implement and maintain security measures and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay ahead of M365 updates, ensuring smooth integration and adherence to best practices.
- Conduct system audits, generate performance reports, and manage documentation.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and participate in on-call support rotations.
Requirements
- Citizenship: US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Graph API.
- Skills: Proficient in M365 security tools, including Purview, DLP, and Azure Information Protection. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, or similar).
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and FISMA.
- Experience with Microsoft Government Cloud (GCC-High) and automation tools like Terraform.
